To establish the feasibility of a repair, we invite you as a first step, to send us high quality photos of your watch (front & back), indicating very clearly the numbers that can be found on the back of the case.
Depending on the year of production and the general condition of your watch, our after-sales service team will determine if an intervention is possible.
You will receive our response within two – three weeks.
If a repair is possible, you can send us your watch by registered mail or by private carrier, to the following address:

Please note, the cost of shipment and any related customs / duties are at your expense and under your sole responsibility.
Upon receipt of your watch, a full diagnostic analysis will be made before we provide you with a quote for service. The cost of the quote is CHF 150.00 which will be credited against our quote in case of acceptance.
In the case of a quote refusal, the cost of the quote must be paid before your watch is returned to you. Administrative and packaging costs are included in this price for all returns to Switzerland. For all returns to the rest of the world, postage and customs costs are not included in our quote and remain your sole responsibility for payment.
